Please help us update our Email address database. Email us at kcpoa@peoplescom.net and we will be able to add you to our contact list. We would like to improve our communications with property owners and this would help us greatly!

As of Nov. 1st, all King's Country property owners must display the new KCPOA stickers. If you or your guests are using the Boat Ramp, parks, or Fishing Pier, you must display either your vehicle sticker or your guest must use a visitor's tag which will be availiable at the King's Country office. If these are not displayed, your vehicle will be towed at your expense. Call the Office if you have any questions.

Parents!! A reminder to ATV owners, all children under the age of 14 riding an ATV must wear a helmet, and they must be under the direct supervision of an adult. It’s the law in Texas

A portion of King Club Blvd. that was resurfaced recently.

Part of King Club Blvd and all of King Club Circle was reworked this Fall. Total Paving, a local contractor was chosen for the project and did an excellant job. The existing road surface was milled and Portland Cement was added to form a good base to pave over. Then a smooth surface of asphalt was paved over the base to give us a good road that should last for years. As part of this project we replaced two culverts and added a third culvert to improve drainage in this area.We are looking at doing some type of landscaping in the center "islands" to further beautify the area.
