17th Annual Yard Sale – May 1st &2nd

Collections begin Saturday, March 28th. Volunteers will be at the clubhouse to accept donations on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and Sundays, 2pm to 5pm. Please do not drop off / leave items when the clubhouse is closed. We are requesting that residents not use the sale as an opportunity to dump their unsellable “junkque”. This not only increases our volunteer’s time but our expenses. If you have items that require pickup, please call 903-860-2133 to schedule. Please understand our need to be selective regarding your donations.

We will be setting up and pricing items Monday through Friday, 9 am to noon, as of March 29th in the Community Room. All are welcome to come join the fun. Workers are also needed to work May 1st & 2nd during the sale. Call the office to volunteer.

Proceeds from the Yard Sale are used for improvements to the clubhouse.This year, the Clubhouse bathrooms were remodeled and a new air conditioner was installed. In past years $15,000 went toward the construction of the Community Room. Proceeds paid for the landscaping at the gate and in front of the clubhouse. Rrenovations to the kitchen and the new sofa were paid for from Yard Sale income.
